We are assembling the founding technical team for the 4orm Finance build. These are senior, high-ownership roles for people who want to build regulated financial infrastructure from the ground up, alongside an experienced enterprise architect and an institutional advisory bench.
A senior AI practitioner who designs systems, not just models. You will architect how applied AI is embedded across the platform, from research tooling and document intelligence to operational automation, and own the design language and system patterns that make it usable. Equal parts machine learning depth and systems and product design judgment.

We are looking for a genuine expert in blockchain exchange architecture and real-world asset tokenization: someone who has built or operated regulated trading, settlement, or custody infrastructure and can carry it from architecture through to production. Deep protocol knowledge, institutional rigour.
View Role → Open NowA hands-on lead developer across the full stack, front end and back end, working directly with our enterprise architect Zahiruddin Sandeela to turn target-state architecture into working software. You will set engineering standards, build the core platform, and help grow the team. Strong fundamentals, comfortable in regulated, audit-ready environments.
View Role →Lead engineering across the 4orm Finance platform build. Settlement, tokenization, custody integration, marketplace. Senior background in regulated financial infrastructure, payments, or institutional trading platforms required.
Apply →Own the CIRO, CSA, OSC, FINTRAC pathway. Build and operate the regulatory program across HoldCo, OpCo, and CustodyCo. Background in regulated marketplace or dealer compliance required.
